🛒 Ingredients

Pizza

• 1 prepared artisan pizza crust (12–14")
• 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast, diced
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
• ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon HoneyBall® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

BBQ Mustard Sauce

• ½ cup HoneyBall® Barbecue Mustard
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Optional Toppings

• Cooked bacon crumbles
• Pickled jalapeños
• Roasted corn
• Green onions

👨🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat your oven or pizza oven to 475°F.
2. Combine HoneyBall® Barbecue Mustard, tomato sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce to create the pizza sauce.
3. Brush the pizza crust lightly with HoneyBall® Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
4. Spread the BBQ Mustard sauce evenly over the crust.
5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
6. Add grilled chicken and sliced red onions.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
8. Remove from the oven and top with fresh cilantro.
9. Slice and serve immediately.
