By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

HoneyBall is a brand of VR Green Farms, Inc., a California corporation. We produce and sell honey, mustard and other food products through our website at HoneyBall.us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our Site. By using our Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products

We take great care to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, weights, and other attributes. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual product in terms of color, size, or appearance.

Our products are food items. Due to the nature of natural honey and farm products, color, texture, crystallization, and flavor profiles may vary between batches. These variations are normal and do not affect quality or safety.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product formulations, and limit quantities available for purchase at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout, processed through our secure third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on the shipping destination and applicable tax law.

5. Orders and Order Processing

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order ships.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you believe your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer preference, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

8. Food Allergy and Dietary Disclaimer

Our products are produced on a farm and in facilities that may handle tree nuts, pollen, and other allergens. Our honey products are not suitable for infants under 12 months of age due to the risk of infant botulism. Individuals with bee pollen allergies, ragweed allergies, or other related sensitivities should consult a physician before consuming our products.

We make no representations that our products are suitable for any specific dietary need, medical condition, or therapeutic purpose. Product descriptions are not intended as medical or nutritional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on HoneyBall.us — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of VR Green Farms, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written permission.

"HoneyBall" and associated logos are trademarks of VR Green Farms, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
