St. Louis Style Ribs
- 2 racks St. Louis Style pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
HoneyBall Glaze
- ¾ cup HoneyBall® Barbecue Mustard
- ÂĽ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Loaded Potatoes
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Sour cream
- Chopped green onions
- Butter
- Salt & pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
The Ribs
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Coat lightly with yellow mustard.
- Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Generously season both sides.
- Smoke at 250°F for approximately 3½ hours using hickory or apple wood.
- Combine HoneyBall® Barbecue Mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- During the final 45–60 minutes, generously brush the ribs several times with the HoneyBall glaze until beautifully caramelized.
Loaded Potatoes
- Bake potatoes at 400°F for approximately 60 minutes.
- Split open and fluff with a fork.
- Add butter.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Add crispy bacon.
- Finish with sour cream and chopped green onions.
- Serve alongside the ribs.
